Meet Faye Lynne
Hi, I’m Faye Lynne, a life and leadership consultant with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to helping people lead with confidence and integrity.​
For 25 years I worked at the heart of precision metrology programming CMMs, training operators, and leading quality labs for Windsor-Essex manufacturers.
That world taught me one unshakable truth: the same precision it takes to hold ±0.005 mm is exactly what builds high-trust, high-performance teams.
After a major life pivot of my own, I added Maxwell Leadership certification and stepped into a new calling. Today, through Faye Lynne’s Lighthouse, I bring that zero-defect mindset, plus warmth, humour, and proven tools, to two groups I love:
