Hello! I’m Faye Lynne, Founder of Faye Lynne’s Lighthouse and a passionate life and leadership consultant with over 30 years of experience helping people lead with confidence, precision, and heart. For 25 years, I worked at the core of precision metrology, programming CMMs, training operators, and leading quality labs for manufacturers across Windsor-Essex. That high-stakes world taught me a powerful truth: the same discipline it takes to hold tolerances of plus or minus 0.005 mm is exactly what creates high-trust, high-performance teams . After a major life transition of my own, I earned my Maxwell Leadership certification and answered a new calling. I founded Faye Lynne’s Lighthouse to bring that zero-defect mindset, combined with warmth, humour, and proven leadership tools, to the people and teams I care about most: Quality and manufacturing teams who want less chaos and more trust on the shop floor Women navigating change who are ready to rebuild boldly and lead their next chapter with confidence Whether it’s helping a metrology lab run smoother or supporting a woman as she steps into her power, I guide others to measure what truly matters and build legacies that last. I’m incredibly grateful to do this work alongside my Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Carol Lynn Randall, who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we can focus on what we do best, lighting the way for others. While Faye Lynne shines in the forefront delivering powerful leadership training and consulting, I work steadily behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I bring the administrative organization, structure, and flow that allows our Lighthouse to operate with clarity and warmth. Together with Faye Lynne, I help plan and facilitate meaningful events, training programs, and consulting courses designed to support leaders and teams as they navigate change and step into their full potential. My role is to make sure every detail is taken care of so our clients can fully focus on their growth and transformation. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where precision meets heart. Whether it’s organizing a workshop or ensuring every participant feels welcomed, I take great joy in helping the vision of Faye Lynne’s Lighthouse come to life.
